.) Tyreek Hill (MIA) – Always a chance at 2000 yards and double digit TDs. Most explosive WR in the game. I think he finishes top this season as long as he plays every game.
.) Ceedee Lamb (DAL) – Only reason I don’t have him 1st is I don’t trust Dak to repeat and I don’t think the Offense got any better from last season. I could see him repeating and being top WR, I just like Hill more.
.) Amon Ra St. Brown (DET) – PPR monster with receptions and ability to stay consistent week to week. Could have finished top 3 last season had he not missed some time with injury. Offense returns as a top offense with Goff thriving in his situation with the Lions.
.) Justin Jefferson (MIN) – Showed that he can still produce top WR numbers even with no QB. QB situation is iffy this year, but I think Jettas finds a way to still produce a big season if he can avoid injury.
.) A.J. Brown (PHI) – Model of consistency with big week after big week last year. He is Jalen Hurt’s favorite target every week. Has ability to put up the catches, yards, and Tds. Don’t see that offense changing this season especially after adding Barkley.
.) Ja’Marr Chase (CIN) – Could finish top 3 WR if Burrow is able to stay healthy all season. Could be a nice surprise middle of the first round as long as that happens. Had some big weeks even without Burrow, just wasn’t as consistent as we all hoped.
.) Marvin Harrison Jr. (ARI) – Best WR in the draft and is paired up with Kyler Murray who can definitely help MHJ produce. Look what Murray was able to do with Mcbride at TE spot last season. Just hope Murray can stay healthy all season and MHJ could have a huge rookie season.
.) Garret Wilson (NYJ) – Could have been a top 5 WR last season had Rodgers not gone down first game of the season. Hoping Rodgers can actually stay healthy this season and Wilson could be that top 5 WR.
.) Davante Adams (LV) – Had a bad QB last season, and to me Minshew is actually an upgrade. We saw what he could do with Pittman with the Colts last season. Adams is still a top 5 talent and I believe he can still produce top 5 numbers this season.
.) Chris Olave (NO) – Offensive situation hasn’t changed much since last season and Olave was a high volume, high target guy for Carr. Hopefully Carr can elevate his play this season and Olave could be poised for a bigger season than last.
.) Brandon Aiyuk (SF) – In a top offense and is an explosive and solid route runner. Had big games and also showed his ability to consistently put up above average fantasy points. If he gets traded, it could hurt or help his production depending where he goes.
.) Mike Evans (TB) – Big year last year, has consistently put up 1000 yard season no matter who his QB has been. Had great chemistry with Baker last season and I could see it staying the same or even getting better this season.
.) Puka Nacua (LAR) – I know a lot are high on him with what he did last season as a rookie. He is obviously one of Staffords go to targets, but with Kupp back healthy this year could put Puka as the number 2 option in that offense. I see a 2nd year regression unless Kupp misses time again.
.) Michael Pittman Jr. (IND) – Had better numbers in the small sample size with Minshew vs Richardson. He is the top option in the passing game, so hopefully him and Richardson can find that chemistry.
.) Cooper Kupp (LAR) – I like Kupp over Puka if he stays healthy all season. Is a ppr machine when he’s been healthy and Stafford loves using him. If he stays healthy I could see him finishing inside the top 10 this year.
.) Jaylen Waddle (MIA) – Opposite side of Hill is a great place to be. An explosive big play guy, he will see plenty of opportunities again with how much Tua likes to throw the ball. If waddle doesn’t miss time like last season he could be even better.
.) D.J. Moore (CHI) – Was Justin Fields top target last season and had his best year yet. Risk is definitely there with a rookie QB and a bunch of offensive weapons. However, I see Caleb being way better than Fields and throwing a lot more than the past Bears offenses.
.) Drake London (ATL) – Lacked TDs last season and obviously had a bad QB situation in a run first offense. Gets a boost this year with Kirk Cousins as long as he can stay healthy and come back to form after the injury. I just am unsure how I see London finishing in this offense.
.) DK Metcalf (SEA) – Top option for Geno Smith and has big play and possession WR skillset. Lockett seemed to be used less last season, but could see JSN having a bigger year this season which could take away some looks for DK.
.) Amari Cooper (CLE) – Had a solid season with a lot of different QB options. Played in a run first system and still produced high yardage totals. A few more TDs and he could be a top 15 WR this season.
.) Devonta Smith (PHI) – Had some big games and some non existent games this past season. More consistency would be nice, but should be solid number 2 option on the other side of Brown. Would be nice to see Hurts throw a little more, but adding Barkley I don’t see that necessarily happening.
.) Stefon Diggs (HOU) – Dell and Collins will obviously take production away from Diggs this season, but with his drama ridden personality he will demand targets this year. Will be interesting to see the chemistry between him and Stroud could be in for a top 15 type season if he’s able to build that connection with Stroud. Risky with how many mouths there are to feed in this offense this year.
.) Christian Kirk (JAC) – Has always been productive when he has been the number one WR on the team. I see Lawrence having a better season than he did last year. Expect Kirk to be leaned on heavily along with Etienne and Engram.
.) Malik Nabers (NYG) – Has the talent and skill set to be a top 15 WR. Having Daniel Jones limits his upside for me. Jones and him build a good connection and he could have a bigger year than most think. He could also get lost in the mix and just end his rookie season as mediocre.
.) Zay Flowers (BAL) – Run first offense, but flowers showed his potential in a lot of games last season. Lamar is looking to throw more and run less than his first 2 seasons. If he can continue to build on that Flowers could be in for 1000 yd season.
.) Nico Collins (HOU) – He’s ranked a lot higher in most lists I see, I just don’t see his production being close to last year. Too many mouths to feed this season and I honestly see Tank Dell as the winner in the WR group with Houston this year.
.) Deebo Samuel Sr. (SF) – Battled injuries, but had some big games when he was healthy. He is in a top offense and if Aiyuk was to be traded at some point his value would shoot way up.
.) Tee Higgins (CIN) – Could have a bounce back season with Burrow if Burrow is able to stay healthy all season. He has shown the ability to put up WR 1 numbers even with Chase when Burrow is on the field.
.) Terry McLaurin (WAS) – Always finds a way to be productive even without top tier QB play. Jayden Daniels could struggle as a rookie, but he needs to throw to someone. Terry is the obvious option as their rookie QB’s main target.
.) George Pickens (PIT) – He is the number 1 WR there this season, he was inconsistent last year. Big games and duds of games. Hopefully with Wilson or Fields he can figure out a way to be a more consistent option at WR this year.
.) Dionte Johnson (CAR) – Needed to add more weapons for Byrce Young. If he can make a connection with Bryce I think Johnson could have a sneaky productive year. Will be interesting to see who becomes Young’s favorite target this year.
.) Calvin Ridley (TEN) – I had Ridley lower originally, but he gets a boost with Hopkins set to miss the first 6 – 8 weeks of the year. Ridley had a down year from what people expected last year, but hopefully Will Levis can have a better year than Lawrence had last season.
.) Keenan Allen (CHI) – I don’t see him doing what he did last year, but he’s one of many options for a rookie QB this year. With his veteran status and ability to be a safety blanket, I could see him being productive enough to draft mid round as a WR 2.
.) Jayden Reed (GB) – Had a quiet solid year last season and turned into a favorite option for Jordan Love. I see Watson if he is healthy having a bounce back year, but Love showed he can spread it around.
.) Ladd McConkey (LAC) – Someone has to catch the ball in this offense this year. Obviously, Palmer has the familiarity with Herbert. I see Herbert establishing chemistry with his rookie and he could be in for a sneaky good year.
.) Rashee Rice (KC) – He would be higher being the number 2 option behind Kelce for Mahomes. His legal issues may lead to a suspension. If that happens look for Hollywood Brown or Worthy to step into bigger roles.
.) Tank Dell (HOU) – I like him honestly the most of any WR option in this offense. He had great chemistry with Stroud before getting hurt. Playing out of the slot with big play ability could have big weeks, just may be inconsistent at times.
.) Chris Godwin (TB) – Had a down year last season battling some injuries. He showed decent chemistry with Baker, I just see Evans and White as the main weapons in this offense.
.) Courtland Sutton (DEN) – Someone needs to catch the ball for this offense. He had a good year last year even with a bad offense. TDs helped his fantasy numbers, but if he can build chemistry with Bo Nix right away he could be a solid contributor.
.) Christian Watson (GB) – In for a big year if he can stay healthy. Showed chemistry with Love in the short amount of time he was around. Big play ability and talented skill set could make him a bounce back WR this season.
.) Jaxon Smith Njigba (SEA)
.) Hollywood Brown (KC)
.) Jakobi Meyers (LV)
.) Joshua Palmer (LAC)
.) Jordan Addison (MIN)
.) Brian Thomas Jr. (JAC)
.) Tyler Lockett (SEA)
.) Curtis Samuel (BUF)

.) Mike Williams (NYJ)
.) Jameson Willaims (DET)
